Welcome to elite-supplies.com. This site is provided by Elite Supplies as a service to you the customer. Please note that the use of elite-supplies.com constitutes your unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions  shown on elite-supplies.com are correct at the time of entry onto the system, as is such accept no responsibility for errors, which will be unintentional.

Deliveries. We will aim to get your products to you within 5 days of your purchase date, however we cannot accept any liability for any deliveries made outside the 5 days stated. IF you do not receive your order within 7 days please contact our office on 01900 810111 so we can contact the courrier. 

Returns. Elite Supplies are confident that you will completely happy with your purchase. However if you are not happy with any of your products we supplied, then simply return them to us within 14 days of receipt with a letter stating the reason for the return and we will refund the cost of that item. It is recommended that you obtain a proof of postage, as Elite Supplies is not liable for any goods lost during the return process. We regret that Elite Supplies is unable to refund the original carriage charge or indeed postage charges on any returned unwanted products. Elite Supplies are unable to accept any return products that have been personalised in any way.

Payment . Payment can be made using credit card either by phone or on line this facility will process your payment automatically, however if you are not completely happy using this service we will be happy to accept your order by post enclosing a cheque made payable to Elite Supplies with a covering letter stating the products required.
